HC999 Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Pakistan Player Must Know

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and HC999 ("HC999", "we", "us", "the Platform"), the operator of the website located at hc999.ws. By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered at HC999 — including sports betting, live casino, Teen Patti, fishing games, esports betting, or any other feature — you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using HC999 and close your account. These Terms are written in English and are intended for Pakistani players (en-PK). All transactions at HC999 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other communication from HC999, these Terms shall take precedence.

To use HC999's services, you must first create an account. Registration is free and takes under two minutes. You must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. HC999 enforces age verification at registration via OTP-linked Pakistani mobile number and during KYC at first withdrawal. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and any funds returned to the depositing payment method.
• You must be physically located in Pakistan at the time of using HC999 services. HC999 is a Pakistan-focused platform and does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited under applicable law.
• You must register using your own true, accurate, and complete personal information. HC999 may request verification of your identity at any time using CNIC, mobile number, or other documentation.
• You are permitted to hold only one HC999 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, CNIC, mobile number, IP address, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not have previously had an HC999 account closed for a Terms violation or for self-exclusion that remains active.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close relative of an employee of HC999 or its service providers.

HC999 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its discretion if it has reasonable grounds to believe that eligibility requirements have not been met or that providing services would create a legal or regulatory concern.

All financial transactions at HC999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). HC999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. HC999 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals to Pakistani domestic mobile wallet accounts. Third-party payment provider fees, if any, are the player's responsibility.

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name matching your HC999 account details. HC999 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• HC999 may request identity documentation (CNIC copy, selfie verification) before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above Rs 50,000. This is a standard KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure.
• Deposits must be played through at least once before a withdrawal request can be submitted, unless the funds were deposited as part of a bonus offer, in which case the relevant wagering requirement applies.
• HC999 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or pending review of a bonus wagering requirement.

HC999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to Pakistani players including a welcome deposit match bonus, daily cashback rebate, accumulator winnings boost, and weekly reload bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated for each individual promotion:

• Welcome Bonus: HC999 matches your first deposit 100% up to Rs 50,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 5 times on qualifying bets (odds of 1.80 or above in sports betting, or any live casino game) before a withdrawal including bonus funds can be requested. The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited.

• If a match or event is cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours, or abandoned without a result, all pre-match bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to your HC999 wallet.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted as displayed. HC999 cannot be held responsible for transmission delays between the live event and the platform display. Bets placed after the event outcome is known or determined will be voided at HC999's discretion.
• HC999's decision on any disputed bet settlement is final. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, contact HC999 support within 72 hours of settlement with the relevant bet reference.
• Cricket bets: For a match to be considered valid at HC999, a minimum number of overs must be completed as specified per competition rules. In case of Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) adjustments, HC999 will settle using the official match result.

• Collusion with other players or with HC999 staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

• Using HC999 for any money laundering activity or depositing funds from illegal sources. HC999 complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Attempting to access HC999's systems, data, or backend infrastructure without authorisation.

HC999 actively monitors account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, HC999 will close the account, withhold or void any pending or historical winnings associated with the violation, and may report the activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

You may request closure of your HC999 account at any time by contacting HC999 support via live chat or email. Upon receiving a valid closure request, HC999 will process any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) to your registered PKR withdrawal method within 5 business days.

• HC999 may suspend or close an account at any time without prior notice if there is reason to believe these Terms have been violated.
